Refund & Cancellation.
1. SaaS Subscriptions
Subscriptions to BOXdev.com, LLC software products can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for mid-month cancellations.
2. Professional Services
For custom software development and audio production services, a non-refundable deposit is typically required to secure project scheduling. If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the client may be billed for all hours worked up to the point of cancellation.
3. Refund Requests
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a service failure or error on our part, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction.
4. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads and immediate access to software, refunds are generally not provided once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, unless required by law.
